I run this shop on my own and create everything by hand — so I really care that it reaches you in one piece and as fast as possible ;)

Delivery

I pack orders as quickly as I can. Usually I ship them within a few days, but "just in case" the processing time can be up to 10 business days. I'm only human and a parent not on a fixed schedule, which significantly limits my ability to make promises about timing ;) but if you need a fast turnaround — let me know, I'll do everything I can to make it in time ;)

Delivery times:

Courier: 1–3 business days
Parcel lockers: 1–3 business days
Personal pickup: by prior arrangement

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping costs:

The shipping cost is visible in your cart before finalizing the order. For orders above a certain amount, we offer free delivery (according to the current promotion).

Returns

If after receiving your order you feel it's not quite right — you have 14 days to return it without giving a reason.

Just:

Send me a message.
Pack the product securely.
Send it back to the indicated address.

Please make sure the returned ceramics show no signs of use and are well packaged — I want them to come back to me safely.

I will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return (usually faster).

If something arrives damaged...

I really do my best to make sure everything is well protected. I pack every order very carefully, using proven solutions and warning labels.

Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, something may not arrive in one piece — please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging (this is very important, because it gives me a basis for a claim with the courier company and I can "fight" for my (and your) rights) and write to me as soon as possible so we can find a solution that works for you :)
